There's plenty. No wine, just uncorking. No real nice food. Well, not my favourite Lebanese, not the worst either.
There was a time about 7 or 8 years ago when I used to eat in The Cedar Tree a lot... then for some reason it got supplanted in my go-to list of eateries by a few other places and we parted for a while! Recently I went back there with some friends, six of us in total. Most of... More
We have visited the cedar tree 5 times now and have never been disappointed! Beautiful food and a buzzing atmosphere, the Lebanon mezzo is our favourite, a great visit for lunch or dinners on any occasion, our favourite place to eat in Dublin. Thank you!
Such a lovely spot for dinner or a bit of lunch. They do a great menu, it's a bit pricey for dinner but it's all delicious (especially the beef shwarma). Their lunch menu is great as well, and crazy good value - the €5 wraps are so good. Really nice staff.
Highly recommend this restaurant. Went with friends on a recommendation (probably wouldn't have chosen on curb appeal.). Excellent food. Huge portions so agree with other reviewer, go hungry! My friend needs a glutton free menu and staff went out of their way to ensure she knew what she could eat....she had a wide variety of choices from the menu.
I've been here twice and had the Lebanon Mezze both times, it was so good and very fillings, I love the way it's presented and everything tastes good. Staff are friendly. Maybe a little pricey but a treat.
Impressed with the standard of service and the atmosphere - a live bellydancer performed while we were eating. The food was good but not outstanding and pricey for what was served.
We had the meal for two Cedar Tree Mezze that included a bunch of appetizers with the main dish being chicken mahshi. Everything was great and we were both very full. We also had a half bottle of the lebanese house red wine which was also good. Total price was 60 euro. Come hungry for this great meal.
In great need of a catch up with my husband at the end of a long busy week for both of us we found our way to the Cedar Tree on Friday night and had most enjoyable evening. Although we hadn't booked a table one was found for us quickly and easily and the menus produced with speed. We ordered... More
