Had the pleasure of dinner with my fiance upstairs at Rustic Stone on a weekend away and found the whole experience to be a wonderful finale to our day. Food was excellent and staff were the most helpful and friendliest I've met in a while despite the restaurant being very busy. They were in no hurry to get us out... More

Visited this place with a work party of 5, food was just OK nothing really to write home about, our experience was tainted by the rude staff. We left feeling "blah" about the place. We will not be rushing back.

The Rustic Stone was recommended to me, and it was great. Really good food and interesting options not available everywhere. I am vegetarian, and there were excellent options for me. Though vegetarian I like substantial food, and it was. Still, my favorite dish was my beet salad. Long wait without a reservation, but can easily make one in advance through... More

I have been here three times and every single time has been an absolute pleasure. Of course it is on the expensive side, so it's not somewhere you could go very often but as a treat it is definitely the ultimate experience. The staff are ALWAYS lovely, kind, helpful and efficient and they deserve a lot of credit for the... More

A busy, vibrant restaurant but with second-to-none service. The food, served on hot stones was very tasty. We loved it - certainly our best meal out in Dublin.

The restaurant was very busy, but the staff were all very knowledgable and friendly. The hot stones are a great experience, and the chutneys etc are spot on to accompany them. House red is worth a shot too! The chocolate soup is a definite first, and won't be the last - we'll definitely be back for more!

The first thing that hit me walking into the Rustic Stone last Saturday night was the buzz - there's a light, crisp, warm energy from the staff that translates into the food. We didn't have a booking and after a drink at the bar were seated in one of the coveted booths - incredibly accommodating on a Saturday night. Kudos... More

I visited here with my wife recently for a meal before heading to a show. We decided last minute so arrived with no booking. We were warmly greeted and shown straight to a comfortable seat downstairs with a view of the busy kitchen. It was only 5pm on a Saturday and the place had a real buzz. The food was... More

I had the unfortunate experience of attending the Rustic Stone on a bank holiday Sunday. Being a regular visitor to the restaurant I was looking forward to my meal and knowing exactly what I wanted. I attended with three of my friends two of which had never been there before. I raved about the fillet steak and our main reason... More

Firstly our minerals were both flat & no apology given, just a small thing but the way it was dealt with is my problem. I had the lamb burger & have to say it was the worst i have ever eaten in my life at €18.00 Hello....The presentation of the food was excellent but that's where it ends. Sadly one... More
