Service - excellent. On arrival our waiter knew our table without referring to the seating plan. The service was an excellent balance of being very attentive without being overbearing. Starter - Soup was delicious. Excellent house salad offers a nice combination of green leaves and radish (salad wasn't on the menu). Mains - confit duck was excellently cooked, tasty and... More

I live (with my partner) around the corner but had never visited the Camden Kitchen - probably due to my partner's cooking skills. That evening he was out of Dublin on business and phoned to ask if I would like to eat there. Great I thought - no cooking. This is not the best review because I did not eat... More

Had high hopes for this place having heard it was great from a French girl I know who works in the business. However I didn't enjoy the food at all. Maybe I was just unlucky but I wouldn't go back. One positive was that the waiter comped my main course after I didn't eat any of it. I wasn't expecting... More

What a wonderful restaurant. Don't be fooled that it's really small and that the limited tables downstairs is it! There's upstairs too. The staff were very friendly, the food superb and also really nicely presented. The menu is very modern and an unexpected delight to find. Not inexpensive, but certainly value for money. Several members of the tour group I... More

We had a fantastic meal there recently. The food is really excellent. The highlights...all of it! We didn't have deserts but the two courses were delicious. It is a relaxed and comfortable restaurant which has a simplicity that makes you think it is all about good food & good company - prices were fair for superior food. Thanks More

Having heard one of the chefs of this restaurant recently on the radio, and having checked out it's website, I was really looking forward to bringing my partner and two English friends who were in Dublin for 1 night to The Camden Kitchen for a Friday night supper. The ambiance in the restaurant is lovely, and the menu is enticing....... More

This restaurant was highly recommended by the hotel staff and so far, they served me my best dinner during my entire stay in Ireland. I had the special for the day (shrimp with chorizo and lemon) and the contrast between salty and sour created the perfect taste as it hit my tongue. To top it off, my dessert (passion fruit... More

I was wanting to try this place for a very long time. Myself and my boyfriend went for brunch and I thought it was 'ok'..I really thought it would be better. I had the gambas on toast and I don't really think this is a brunch item as I had to peel the shrimps and I made a mess of... More

went to Camdens Kitchen last weekend after a work collegue recommended to me. I have to say that I was very impressed with the food and friendly staff. As was my boyfriend. We had the early bird menu before heading off to the national concert hall. At 2 courses for 18 euros it was pretty good value. I started with... More

Third time at C.k and again a great night.Gambas with chorizo, parsley and lemon-Delicious,followed by Braised ox cheeks that were so tender you could have eaten them with a spoon-poached peach and peach jelly for dessert rounded off a great meal with friendly and efficient service....
