The food here was so good we went back a second time! Both places (each right around the corner from each other in Dublin) are very small. Go off hours so that you can get seats. The tarts (quiches, pies, etc.) are so good that we just order a bunch and split them. One person got the warm chocolate cake... More

We had lunch here based on the reviews on TA. They are on the main drag of a busy street. It is a small place - only seats about 20 people. Had a savory tart which was really excellent for about 10 euros. We also ordered the soup and sandwich for 10 euros but it was not as good as... More

Excellent soups, tarts, quiche and coffee, pastry in nice atmosphere in shadow of Dublin castle. Service very good and big windows to peer at passersby. Easily a place to go back to...cozy!

Despite being packed and the staff being very busy they were very welcoming and very efficient. The atmosphere is very warm and the place is as comfortable as can be. I enjoyed my coffee and LOVED my savoury tart and crumble. This is exactly the sort of place that I would got to again and again. I even bought a... More

It is a cozy, busy, place but the Baileys chocolate chip cheesecake is an absolute must if you are in Dublin.

Coffee is ok and pastries are fine but I felt a bit rushed here. The cashier wasn't smiling and wasn't that happy, and I'm not sure if it was because she was having a Bad day or that she could see that I was a tourist that she just didn't seem to want to help me. Coffee was average. I... More

We popped in for lunch and the staff were clearly rushed off their feet but were still very polite, friendly and kept up the service. There are two cafes and this one is the bigger one with some outdoor seating. They're only round the corner from each other. Our waitress brought us a jug of water with a large sprig... More

I tried it out because of the fun name. I found the service to be friendly and efficient. They have a great selection of pastries and cakes, but I stuck with the scones and tea. Perfect place for breakfast and to read a book with a scone and some tea!

Nice selection of pastries, but I think they also prepare light meals too. We just went for the pastries and coffee -- it did not disappoint. Love the name too!
