This is a superb Chinese experience with exellently presented cuisine to a modern and high standard. I can't fault the food, presentation or service. Atmosphere for a Monday night was bubbly. Fully recommended.

Well given the other reviews on trip advisor regarding this restauarant- it is really hard to believe how bad our meal was here. We visited here because the reviews were so positve and as I eat out alot and love oriental food I thought it was a ' must eat there' next time we are in Glasgow. We decided to...

This was our first visit to Opium on a trip to Glasgow. As we were going to a concert we went early - around 5.30, so had no problem getting a table. The restaurant was smaller than I expected and modern in style. They do a pre-theatre menu but we decided to have several dim sum dishes instead. All the food...

Opium is one of my favourite resturants in Glasgow. Food is always very fresh and perfecty cooked andthe atmosphere is relaxing. Well done!
This small storefront on Hope Street houses a chic Asian restaurant, close to the Central Station. We had two Thai dishes, chili beef (very hot) and green chili (normal hot), and both were good. Two servers ran around doing everything for a packed house of 30 diners, but they did a reasonable job. Worth a try if you enjoy Asian...

We weren't allowed to consult reviews or anything like that. We stumbled upon Opium and the menu enticed me in straight...

For my grandas 65th, 12 of us went here for dinner, the food was outstanding. The staff could not have been nicer. The chilli squid is a must and the pomegranet sweet and sour chicken. My cousins were delighted with their deep fried ice cream as was I with my banana fritters! The cocktails went down a treat too. Wouldn't...

This is a fab wee place. Great place to go for lunch. The set menu is great but if you fancy straying off that then you will be even more richly rewarded. The squid and the silken tofu are indescribably delicious. Ribs are yummy. I've also had braised shin of beef in broth with noodles and it was cooked to...
