We went to Prezzo as it was on a good location. The service was good but the food was really bland and average. We really regretted going there.
First experience of this restaurant and can say this is the worst pizza I have ever tasted. It looks like the owners have spent more time and money on the decor than the food and quality of wine. When we mentioned to the waitress that the wine was awful and did they have anything better, she laughed (I can only... More
Ending our little pre-Christmas break in Edinburgh we visited Prezzo for a late lunch. The quality of food and standard of service was great although the presentation of the desert was sadly lacking -looked as it was dumped on the plate. The only other complaint, common with other Prezzos is that the toilet facilities are miles from the restaurant floor.
The food here is tasty, and slightly different to other Italian chains. The restaurant itself is roomy, light and looks classy. It also has a great location on North Bridge. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is good. We've been a couple of times and would definitely come back.
As Prezzo is a chain I'm not going to drain on.. I visited with a friend in November and we had two courses each. I had calzone and honeycomb crunch cheesecake. Both courses were very delicious. The calzone was huuuuuuge and tasted great - the bolognaise sauce with it was wonderful. The portion sizes were great and I was very... More
Okay so Prezzo is a chain.....it probably won't dazzle you with it inventiveness or blow your socks off with gastronomic flair but this is a stylish, contemporary and very pleasant place with good food and good prices and perfect for a lunch/dinner with friends that won't break the bank! (especially with one of the regular coupons from moneysavingexpert) I've been... More
This was our first trip to a Prezzo branch and it will be our last one to the North Bridge restaurant. It's fairly typical of the type of tourist trap place in Edinburgh which serve up standard fare to an ever-changing clientele and don't really need to up their game to attract repeat custom. Pizza Express is next door and... More
Just visited Prezzo on north bridge and enjoyed a lovely night. We both went for executive pizza and my wife had lobster and prawn VIP pizza which she reckoned was the best pizza she'd ever had. Very lively and pleasant atmosphere and good value for money.
Just visited the Prezzo at North Bridge & had such an enjoyable evening. The staff were lovely without being pushy or over attentive which I can't stand when having a relaxed meal out with friends. Perfectly spiced penne arrabbiata & the nutella calzone was heaven & just the right amount after a big meal. Beautiful interior and a great place... More
Firstly I really liked goin to Prezzo in Glasgow so expected the same in any other branch. Sadly i disapointed. Granted it was Saturday night & very busy but there was no system for walk ins which we were. No names taken down at alk. We were 2nd in the queue then first. Told 5 mins for a table, a... More
