Handily located above the famous bar, Kelly's Cellars, this restaurant provides decent helpings of excellent food at good prices. Well worth a visit either for the bargain lunchtime menu or the full a la carte in the evening.

We all know a takeaway meal is never as good as a sit-in meal, nevertheless I enjoyed my meal so much that I followed up and booked a table for the family the following weekend and enjoyed my meal even more so than my takeaway the week before.... Had a most enjoyable experience here with good food, beautifully presented, and attentive courteous staff. Sensibly priced and a good city centre location. Go here with confidence when in Belfast.

Service was superb, waiter was very attentive and the food was hot, delicious and presented perfectly. We have eaten here many times over the years. Never been disappointed. Superbly priced and proper portion sizes. This restaurant is all about the taste experience and fine dining. Highly recommended as its my favourite upmarket restaurant in Belfast. Deima

Safa is a great restaurant in Belfast City Centre. Wide range of Indian dishes which are good value for money. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely return.
