Very friendly, intimate setting. The food is delicious. Definitely will visit again. They made my two year old's order as soon as i ordered it.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, in case you crowd it out. Delicious, home-cooked Persian food, amazingly reasonable prices and utterly charming service and attention to detail. Ate lunch there yesterday and today with a group of ten other colleagues, also got a takeaway this evening! Yes, we liked it that much. Looks like... More

Went there today with my wife for lunch after reading good T.A reviews. It was well worth seeking out, as we had a lovely tasty meal at a reasonable price, with lots of fresh ingredients. We were served by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. He sat us down and showed us a number of items on the... More

On my own and looking for a place to eat in Newcastle. A quick check on trip advisor found this highly ranked cafe close to my hotel. Firstly it looks like and feels like a cafe but it does everything very well. Relaxed atmosphere, brilliant staff, quick service and I was treated to some superbly cooked authentic Persian food at... A little gem of a place. Had chicken tikka wrap. Can of coke. Lovely! Cooked to order and very tasty. Seems very popular with the motorbike crowd. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family

Visited twice in the last week. Once with my husband, and once with friends. Husband and I went for breakfast and had a great full English. Pretty sure the owner would cook up whatever combo of items you fancied. Went again last night and they couldn't have been more helpful getting my friend who uses a wheelchair in (you need... More

Ate here today and I have to agree with other reviewers, although it doesn't look much from the outside and it is not in the most salubrious of areas the food is excellent, the flatbread is the best I've ever had. And it is very friendly and very reasonably priced.

The other reviewers are right; the atmosphere of this little Iranian restaurant just on the outskirts of the city center doesn't do it justice. The menu is full of tasty dishes that come with assorted grilled meats and crispy salads full of mint, lemon, lettuce and tomatoes. The atmosphere is cozy with only 5-6 tables, and the owner/chef is one... More

We were torn between this place and a couple of high priced steak & grill places but what a fantastic choice!!! Not in the greatest of areas and to be honest I turned my nose up a little, even said 'should we try somewhere else' but what a meal! Went for meal for 2 (£20) the best marinated chicken kebabs... This corner cafe is mid-way up Westgate Road in the middle of all the motor bike shops. It was a bank holiday when I visited so parking wasn't a problem. I don't know what it would be like during the week. It appears to be open when everywhere else is closed. This is not fine dining but a small unprepossessing... More
