Went to this restaurant to find-that it had closed down. It closed down in November. Very disappointed..
We found this restaurant on tripadvisor and thought we'd give it a go. This is a hidden gem. I had the chicken massaman and it was so tender the meat just fell apart. My husband had the king prawns chu chi goong, also amazing. We would highly recommend giving this place a try.
I LOVE Thai Garden. This is my favourite place to eat in London. We've been going here for years now, started when my boyfriend was in university in London, and every time we go back we always make sure to eat here at least once. The food is so flavourful and fresh. We usually order several stir-fry dishes plus rice... More
Stumbled on this restaurant after visiting the British Museum and had a pleasant late lunch here. The service was very quick, and the staff all pleasant and friendly. The menu choice and price was very good, I had the set lunch menu which was a starter and main for £7.45. The wine was quite pricey at over £6 a glass... More
My son and me shared a starter with lots of different food and three dip sauces called garden something wich was excellent. Then he had noodles, I had a pad Thai version with lots of pepper, both very good. 1 bottle of sparkly water and two Singa beer, £41. All within short range of our Bloomsbury hotel.
My wife and sister-in-law had a delightful afternoon tea here. Nice selection of little sandwiches and sweets. Your choice of several types of teas and if you wanted more of anything all you had to do was ask.
It's hard to find a good reasonable restaurant near the British museum. This is a great place for lunch and they do a great laksa.
Came across this by chance after a visit to the British Museum.Started with steamed dumplings and seafood soup.i thought the soup might be a bit overpriced,at £7.50,but it was full of shellfish and had the most fragrant taste and smell, well worth the price.Followed this with a flat noodles and chicken and accompanied by a beef Thai green curry.add in one... Don't be put off by the apparent size from the street view, once inside this Thai restaurant is a bit like the Tardis inside with an extensive space at the back which seated our party of six comfortably. An extensive menu with all the usual favourites. Tasty food and friendly service. we enjoyed our evening and would certainly return
Excellent little restaurant just across from the British museum, very clean, the staff are attentive and not in your face, good menu to suit all pallets, we were a table of eight and we all had something different and not one complaint. A great find in central London.
