An excellent start to Birthday celebrations for a friend.Extensive menu.Staff friendly and prompt with service.Food excellent
Chez Gerard is usually OK for a mid priced brasserie style meal, usually brisk service, bistro classic food, lively atmosphere. We have been to this one three times now and found the food below average, off hand staff, a rather expensive for what you get. Not planning to go back.
Out all day, wanted a place close in for dinner before the theatre and since it is in the Station thought we would try it. Service was slow and our choice of food was just mediocre. We probably would not go back unless we were in a time constraint.

The good points are it's location in relation to the Theatre (Billy Elliot/Wicked) and the staff are attentive and helpful. The bad points are that the food is not very good quality and although the portions tend to be large... More
