Based on friendly notes, I visited Thai Square at the Minories. A great restaurant with an authentic Thai cuisine and very friendly staff! Always again!
Went on a Thursday night having found this place near our hotel. Not too busy but it was a weeknight. Food great. Service friendly and they were happy to make suggestions. I ended up having the 'weeping tiger' - lovely but lives up to its name. My colleague had a Thai green curry which was first class. Deserts excellent too.... More
Thai Square in The Minories is my favourite place in the City for a quick and informal lunch. I like the set menu with prawn crackers, rolls and satay chicken, followed by pad-thai and litchi (leechy) Juice. I particularly like the vary fast service downstairs in the canteen (it may take to long in the more formal restaurant one floor... More
Thai Square in Minories, London EC3, is a huge, beautifully decorated restaurant on the eastern edge of the City. The restaurant is vast with no expense apparently having been spared on the décor and furniture. The food is very good, certainly the best Thai food in the square mile. What stands out apart from the smart surroundings is the lengthy... More
A typical thai restaurant that is convenient and usually has room - a very large restaurant. Staff are friendly and food is good but not spectacular. I keep going back, when I want a change and don't want to travel far from The City.
We have been to this restaurant on a few special occasions. It's been amazing!! The best thai food around! The decor is beautiful And the staff are very friendly and efficient. They even all got together and sang happy birthday to my partner which was a lovely and sweet surprise. It is abit expensive but is worth the money, we... More

The food was pretty good, not the cheapest for sure but all very tasty, could have been a bit hotter for my taste. Found the restaurant quite noisy but the decor is attractive and the service was good.
Food was mediocre but don't go for the set menus. Over priced for what you get. What they don't tell you is that you can order more of the same. Not told and not mentioned anywhere. Won't be going again. They as also have the cheek to add service charge!
