I went here for breakfast on a couple of days and was very pleased I did. Very friendly staff, great service and lovely food, in an unrushed atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant
We've been here several times, on our visits back home to Liverpool. It is always excellent. Chicken and steak fajitas, superb! My friend had to Scooby snack burger, he was really impressed! The staff are friendly and efficient. The place itself is really, really nice. We have never had a bad meal here, or bad service. A really good place... More
This was our last meal in Liverpool before heading off to Anglesey and it was the perfect way to end a very enjoyable few days in this wonderful city. Being gluten and dairy intolerant it's sometimes hard to find accommodating restaurants but the staff here couldn't have been more helpful and basically told me to think of what I fancied... More
Booked the venue as I remember the original from Heswall. Also booked on the promise of free wifi as promised, and sky sports. Also perfect venue for early birthday celebration, even emailed them to ask for a birthday cake. Well as you can imagine no wifi, sky sports was sky news with subtitles and no birthday cake. Huge disappointment. Nacho... More
Went here a few times whilst on a training course, the food was fantastic, couldn't fault the service and everyone was friendly even when we asked for 6 separate bills. Try the marmite chips, you'll either love em or hate them. The scooby snack was a monster of a burger. Go you won't be disappointed.
We've eaten here on many occasions in the past and about a year ago we had a terrible time. We hadn't returned again until this weekend when we thought we'd give it another go. We were delighted we did! I'm not sure if maybe the place is under new management possibly but it was 10 times better! The service was... More
We enjoyed a meal here on our recent visit to Liverpool. We were pleasantly surprised at the good and varied choice of food available. The prices were reasonable, service good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The music may be too much for some, but this is Liverpool home of the Beatles.
We would highly recommend What's Cooking. All staff went above and beyond to cater for our large group of Scouts and Cubs during a busy Saturday lunchtime, they were accommodating and very child friendly. Food was good, appropriate portion sizes, efficient yet thorough service, children really enjoyed it. A very big thank you to the staff and management at What's... More
I was in Liverpool for work at short notice and needed breakfast so found this place in Albert Dock. I'd had lunch here a couple of times before and it was ok so I hoped breakfast would be good. The old adage is "you get what you pay for" and unfortunately, that's only occasionally true. I ordered the full monty... More
Having been to the one that used to be in Heswall, I was slightly apprehensive about visiting the one in the Albert Dock, but, the food was good and our service was fabulous. The wine we originally ordered didn't taste right at all, and our server (Sarah) very quickly got the manager and got this changed for us to one... More
