A large no frills cafe offering freshly cooked meals and well filled sandwiches and rolls. Excellent value for money and in a good central location. The coffee beats any of the starbucks/nero/etc

Quite a spacious cafe, seats are fixed so no good for fattys. Really nice staff especially the younger girls ( a bit more friendly ) Really good breakfast, hot and fast, eggs cooked as you like. Could not believe that the waitress said that "she was too busy" when I wanted to ask her a question. My husbands dinner was burnt and the owner would not rectify or even give us the money back. This greasy spoon cafe does not come recommended.

Served up burnt Welsh rarebit and wouldn't refund money. truly awful place. owner attitude when asked for refund was appalling and tried to defend the food. do NOT go here

I'd describe this a a 'greasy spoon'. Sometimes you just need a food injection! Recommended on the basis of its ok if you want a quick fry up. The seating area out the front in the street is tacky.
