This is a nice, neighbourhood restaurant for a quick lunch or dinner. Nice views of Gibsons Marina. Decent specials that vary along the soup and sandwich variety. Fish and chips (go with the halibut) are a staple at Molly's are are very good. More

Molly's offers good variety on their menu seving fresh local produce and seafood as well as tradition pub type fare. My dinner (halibut and chips) was plentiful and delicious. I also enjoyed a local brew and of course growing up with Beachcombers brought back the tv show memories. More

You're next to the wharf.....looking at the photos of the TV stars of "The Beachcombers"....only Nick's office is gone and the counter is no longer there. If you're visiting the Sunshine Coast, you must stop at the historic Molly's Reach diner. Great patio, great views, friendly atmosphere, and all the reruns of 19 years of CBC's famous TV show, "The Beachcombers", which was a cultural mainstay for many of us Canadians. The food is okay, but it's more of a landmark and institution for me. More

My mother an avid fan of the Beachcomber TV series when it ran years ago wanted to have breakfast at the land mark "Mollys Reach"restaurant located in picturesque Gibsons. We had the worst breakfast ever - the poached eggs rock hard and had to send back, the sausages deep fried, terrible service.Would not go back there. More
