Wow, what can I say? This place is a total gem. Located next to a marina, the views from the deck are wonderful. Overlooking Beecher Bay and East Sooke Park. It's a cozy, rustic, vibe to it, but don't let that change your mind. The young owners are on their game. You must not miss the Tuna dish. I do... More

Unbeatable ice cream sandwiches to go, handmade, well-priced. Staff is very nice, offered to feed the seals for us! I come for an icecream sandwich whenever I head over to Aylard Farm with the kids.

Three of us ate dinner here one evening this summer and found all aspects of the experience to be superb. The food was unique and delicious, not to mention healthy and locally grown, the service was impeccable and the setting pleasant and charming. Located at the waterfront in Becher Bay, this locally run gem gave us just the relaxing, west... More

This restaurant is a hidden, albeit rustic, gem situated outside the south gate of East Sooke Pk. close to the Aylard Park entrance. Breakfast Bennies are served on Sundays and they are open for lunch and dinner. Thursday night is open mic. The menu may be limited but everything is fresh and organic. The restaurant is licensed so if you're... More

Take the time to find this place in East Sooke, BC! A real dive in the best sense of the word. You drive through a seasonal trailer park, walk down a boat ramp and you are there. Two brothers are running the place. I had panko coated tuna, rare inside - AMAZING!

If you are looking for a smart waterfront restaurant and a big menu, this is not the place for you, but if you enjoy a beautiful view, fresh local food, beautifully cooked, and an interesting drive from Victoria through "marvellous Metchosin" and out to East Sooke Park, a very pleasant experience awaits. You approach the Smokin Tuna through a 1950's... More

Great little eatery right on the marina in Becher Bay - interesting choices of food showing much creativity. Served well in a cheerful atmosphere. Menu varies by the day depending on what is fresh. we had Mussels to die for and Tuna so well cooked it could have come out of a 5 star establishment. Good choices - remarkable view.... More

This restaurant is in East Sooke, a place not on the beaten track but might be paired with a hike near Aylard Farm at the park. It is a funky West Coast vibe spot with absolutely superb food. The service was great and both cooking and service were thoughtful to the needs of the client. The home made ice cream... More

This little place is open seasonally at the foot of a boat ramp in East Sooke BC. Definitely out of the way. Three or four entrees are prepared each evening Thursday through Sunday and they are all excellent and absolutely fresh. They also have some lunch service. Best combination of fresh greens in a salad I have ever seen. And... More
