I've never had a bad experience with service. The servers are friendly and prompt! Prices are fantastic, especially lunchtime.

The manager at the front, always dressed in black, is the rudest restaurant employee I have ever encountered in my life. Never smiles, is exceedingly rude in answering the simplest of questions..and shouldn't be working in the kitchen washing dishes let alone managing a restaurant.
