Wonderful atmosphere, service, drink and food. I have been for brunch several times and consider this restaurant a staple.
We joined friends who had reserved a table for the 4 of us at noon on Sunday, November 17th. Thinking that this location would be quite expensive, we were pleasantly surprised to find not only a wide variety of items - but with price points that most would find acceptable. This unique setting specializes in French Cuisine. Both the Brunch... More
The appetizers were superb but the entrée I ordered,Fruit de Mer was extremely hot and spicy and over cooked . When I spoke to the waiter he laughed and said he should have told me that the fish was spicy. I can cook Indian food with the best but this is a Quebec French restaurant......beware.
A lovely little place just south the Queen Street strip, placed between a rugby field/park and an auto repair shop. Definitely a bit off the beaten path, but worth it! We had a dinner reception (in a the private back area) for 18, where people selected off the Summer Prix Fixe Menu ($29.95) that included your choice of four appetizers,... More
Our son's wedding arrangements at another Toronto venue fell through two months before the event, but we were fortunate to book the ceremony elsewhere and to get Le Papillon on the Park for the reception. We had all the intimate spaces on the main floor, with an ongoing service of hors d'oeuvres and four serving stations. This allowed guests to... More
Been here twice in the last couple of weeks and sat upstairs on the patio both time. Its a great place to get away from the core of the city for a couple of hours. Brunch is excellent had the Croque Madame once and the steak frites the second. Excellent food and service as casual yet attentive.
We were a group of six foodie friends out on a hot, summer, Friday evening. Before I comment on the meal I must highlight a super convenience not to be found at many venues. We were all arriving after work and I don't know about you but at the end of a long week, while you're looking forward to an... More
Thoroughly enjoyed dinner here on a hot summer evening. There were three of us and we all really enjoyed our meal - prices were very reasonable for both the food and wine. We were quite amazed at what a secluded, beautifully appointed spot it is. We dined on the main floor, inside, but went up to look at the outdoor... More
This Leslieville gem has delicious food combined with great ambiance. The onion soup is wonderful ..not too salty, Any meal I've eaten here has been well presented and tasty. You can bring anyone here anytime and be assured of a great meal from starters to dessert.
This gem is well laid out so that you can enjoy an intimate dinner or have a party with 12 of your favourite friends! The food is lovely...the best French Onion Soup I've tasted. The staff are well informed and gracious.
