Having looked at previous reviews we were looking forward to visiting this restaurant! We were not disappointed! The staff were friendly and attentive, choice on the menu was good, quality great! Setting And atmosphere was very pleasant! Fantastic restaurant to visit. Well worth it.

Right from the start the attention to our wellbeing took over. Hardly noticed the surroundings. Quiet environment allowed good conversation in between excellent service and, of course, the magnificent dishes from the kitchen. The tastes were enhanced, but simple and real; mushrooms tasted like mushrooms whether in salad or in the magnificent risotto.

We have had a number of good dinners -- and great tastes. Not your usual dinner - worth going to. The service was outstanding - great to have it such a short walk from home

Lots of ambiance. Italian staff, Italian based menu. Service was good. The staff attentive but never overbearing. The food was better than we expected - we ate dinner 2 consecutive nights. This restaurant looks unassuming from outside, but once you're in, you can feel the romantic vibe right away. The greetings are so warm and genuine. And the room is luxurious and comfortable. Very good quality food but it does come at a price. You could easily spend 80CAD+ for a meal with wine. Service very good too.

Our apps were good, but my saffron risotto had NO saffron in it. I sent it back, but they brought back the exact same plate of gluey white mush.
