Wonderful wonderful food, every time we visit! Great, friendly service.We are happy to recommend Rene's to all our guests!

We had a great meal both times we were in town. The food was presented beautifully and was fresh and local - all things we appreciate. Staff timed our meal so we had ample time to enjoy and get to the theatre.

This was our second visit to Rene's after a lapse of 2 years. Either my memory is going or things have gone very downhill since then. An excellent choice of foods and fine service combined to make our dining experience just what we wanted. Our hostess at the Stone Maiden Inn suggested it and we were thrilled with this restaurant.

We really enjoyed our supper !!! hope to return soon ,, the soup was hot !! just the way we like it !! & the entree was prefect .... the veg were cooked just right .. which is very unusual .. no room for dessert !!

Nice atmosphere. Limited menu, but nice variety. Very good food. I had braised lamb shank which was delicious. Reservations needed.

All food is well-prepared and very tasty. Service is attentive, but not clingy. Make reservations well ahead of time if you're heading to the theater. Romantic atmosphere.

The food here in general is good but it's not really French cuisine. It's nearly 80 % Italian and continental.

We always eat at Rene's during our annual visits to Stratford. The food is wonderful and the service is first rate. We love seeing Tennessee transplant waitress, Marguerite, and enjoy the low key charm of this intimate bistro.
