Service prompt and friendly. Steak has always been good. Any complaint was dealt with promptly. even had the chef come to the table to clarify my concern. (I like my food hot and tend to be picky about quality)

This is a great location, especially the patio. We've always had great service here and of course the food is always delicious. We like the ambiance and service at The Keg. I've yet to have a bad Keg experience and I've been many times. My only minor objection is that they don't take reservations???

Checked out the new Bramalea location. Could have saved the expense of a sound system cause you can't hear a [--] thing. Food was typical Keg-ok. Service was slow and we had to put our coats on as the air conditioning was working in FEBRUARY.

Whenever I visit Canada, I always visit a Keg. Have visited several of their locations over the years and they never dissapoint. A monthly date night with my Mr is always superb. We both love it and look forward to having our usual. The Mushroom Neptune is a must have appetizer.

Not bad. Not great. Predictable fare well cooked and served. Great place to take a business client if you want to be sure of a nicely cooked and served lunch, but not my first choice for a special night out.

steak cooked very well, salad and sides very good. wine in 2 sized portions a great idea. only negative is the loud music whenin the bar area

Enjoyed the steak, however if I request medium, I want to see pink. service is just not what it use to be.

The food was great - best prime rib I've had in years! The ambience wonderful - it's a beautifully appointed restaurant and the service was outstanding! Our waitress was friendly, helpful and respectful (we are seniors and not once were we referred to as "you guys") Thanks to Jackie for a great job!
