The Yellowknife Hotel has been so nicely renovated, but this is .. their restaurant needs a complete overhaul! It's old and dirty. I went there for lunch and the staff hyper; the two waitresses couldn't handle the lunch crowd. I ordered a reuben sandwich and it came .. was skimpy on the corned beef and it didn't have any sauerkraut... More

We went in for brunch and my husband had the simple egg with ham. The ham came out BLACK and maybe only 10% was edible. Just shocked that they would ever serve that to customers.

L'attitudes is in the Centre City Mall and it's part of the Yellowknife Inn. We were staying in the inn, so it seemed natural to have breakfast at L'attitudes. Big mistake! I ordered the "Belgium" waffle with apple/cinnamon topping and whip cream. What I got was two toaster waffles, a spoonful of apple pie filling and a pile of whip... More

Food is OK. Service is all right. Unfortunately, service is slow. This is another one of those places where you won't make it back in time to work if you go for lunch. Takes a while for the server to get to you and takes a LONG while for the food to arrive.

What can I say about the sandwich of the day. I went by the resturant to see their Lunch Specials for the day and I noticed that their Sandwich of the Day was Turkey, Ham and Roast Beef Sandwich, or known as Cold-Cut Trio (with your choice of bread). I ordered the sandwich and recieved it with in ten minutes.... More

What can I say. The food is great. They strive to make fresh soups on a daily basis, and which are very tasty. Their Pasta of the day sometimes need to change more often, but it can get very tasty

The décor is a bit vibrant, and the restaurant is designed to look like a sidewalk café, with a railing that looks out on the Centre Square Mall (as opposed to a busy city street). Cute idea, not too cheesy. The food is okay. It was decent, but nothing noteworthy by any means. It's the same standard fare you'd find... More

It's a crap shoot. Sometimes the food is good, but more often it's cold or improperly cooked.

One of the only places to get a breakfast in YK but its not even that good. Note to self just buy some cereal and milk save your money.

Good Food.. Good Service.. Good Feel.. a very nice night with some colleagues. Everyone enjoyed there food and drinks. The selection is great with locally sourced proteins and superb sauces.. Bar pub feel is homey and comfortable. I will go back.
