Some of the best sushi in town. A great way to spend a mother's day evening. Been here before and this visit was no different. Sushi is tasty and obviously fresh. In a city full of sushi joints this one really stands out.!

Love love love the sushi! Tastes so fresh! If you're pressed for time during lunch don't bother, there's always a line up. I usually call ahead to preorder and take out on my break. It's a hidden gem in kerrisdale. Must try!
one of the best sushi bars in Vancouver if not Canada. ive been going there since it opened 14 years ago. For 14 years they have not changed their quality and niche. Simply sushi at its best
It is one of the best in town. I highly recommend this place. It worths to wait for seats having excellent Japanese food.
There are a lot of sushi restaurants in Vancouver, but soon enough you tire of eating average sushi and you yearn for something better. Ajisai is that something better.

We have visited Ajisai two times in four days! The quality of the fish is truly excellent. Even our 2-year old daughter (who ate cooked fish though!) loved this Japanese spot, where kindness is distinctive of a real Japanese establishment. "The Happy Family"
Two of the best Japanese restaurants in Vancouver are located in Kerrisdale, virtually across the street from each other. Of the two, Ajisai is the more established (the other restaurant is Nakamura), and they are properly proud of their sushi. There are items on the menu other than sushi and sashimi, although once one gets beyond these and a fairly...

Kerrisdale has always suffered from lack of good dining choices. Ajisai is a great addition serving up tremendous sushi at reasonable prices.
I came here with 2 other people. This place was recommended by a friend.
This is very well hidden to start with. You won't see the address 2081 if you simply look on the buildings. It's actually hidden BEHIND the buildings, between appartment blocks.
In summary, this place is only known to locals. Nothing fancy in terms of choices for...
