Hamilton Street is just behind the condo we rented this week and, as promised, there are plenty of dining choices. We decided on The Flying Pig for tonight's dinner because of its proximity as well as its menu. While the crispy brussel sprouts were a winner with 2 of the 4 of us, the roasted carrot soup and the very... More

Ate here twice in two days and tried almost everything on the menu. I'm a huge meat lover and all things pig are my fancy, this is the first restaurant where the SIDES and the SALADS and the APPS were so tasty i barely had room for the delicious meats. Staff was 5 stars all the way. One of the... More

Had a really nice dinner here last week. Portions were very good. We shared a main and had an appetizer and a side dish and were quite satisfied. Nice decor too!

We've eaten here a few times now and the food has generally been excellent although we were let down one time with the pulled pork hash and haven't been back since. Service is good. I would recommend reserving as they get booked up.

After attempting to visit this restaurant 3 times last year we finally got in this time round. No wonder it is always busy. What a brilliant restaurant with exceptional service we even noticed staff were willing to go out and top customers parking meters up so they didn't have to leave their food. Our waitress was lovely very friendly and... More

I visited the Gastown location. The food was some of the best I have ever eaten. The sampler plate starters were tasty and the main courses exceptional. Our waitress was truly exceptional as well, very knowledgeable about the food and the wine. And the ambiance was very pleasing, dare I describe this place as a gastro pub.

The food is by far the highlight of the restaurant. The style inside is undescriptive but it hardly matters because the food made up for it! I went with a group of coworkers and really enjoyed the platter / family style available. The food was tasty and attractive all at the same time. I was at the Yaletown location, but... More

Nice gastown location in the heart of the action with a small tight fitting sidewalk space that is great on a warm sunny day. Ambitious menu and lots of daily specials.Braised short rib mac and cheese was excellent. Try the craft beer of the month too.

We went for a family birthday, 8 of us, the food was excellent and the services was second to none. The wait staff really know what they are doing, we never had to wait or ask for a thing, they were able to anticipate our needs every time. The food was fantastic, we had 5 different entrees, salmon, halibut, pork,... More
