My boyfriend and I had heard a great deal about the Melting Pot and decided to try it to celebrate my birthday. He made a reservation, which certainly is a must as I have a feeling it would be difficult to get in otherwise. We were escorted right away to a very cozy, very private table for two where we... We recently celebrated a delayed special birthday for our daughter, with our family. We chose to have the 4 course meal, in 3 pairings of 2. It was so delicious. Cheese fondues with bread prepared at the table by a delightful waitress! Then, a choice of salads, yummy. Then, 2 different hot pots to dip the meat and veggies in;... More

This was my second trip back to the Melting Pot. I enjoyed it the first time, however, the second time back was very disappointing. I made reservations and invited another couple to come along with my husband and I. We were seated very quickly in a noisy part of the restaurant. Some seating areas are more secluded then others. If... More

My friend and I went here for dinner one night - made reservations - a must even on a week night. The food was amazing - I loved all the dips offered for the meat. Cheese fondue was great, and dessert great too. We ate so much. Service was good - takes about 3 hours for your meal from start... More

That said it's worth it to try once. Our server was rude at first but got nicer as it came closer to tip time... It was fun but I feel like they don't turn the heat up enough on the oil.

I've been to the Melting Pot a dozen times - the service is always great and the food amazing. It takes a few hours to dine properly here - take your time. Make sure to try each course - cheese fondue, salad, entree and dessert. Go starving... Nothing will disappoint. Make sure (women will know what I'm talking about) you... More

The best experience of the evening was meeting Laura, our server. Her pleasant demeanor and kind attitude saved the evening from a service perspective. The menu is complicated and the customer is drilled by the server whose job it is to explains its contents. It was clear that their gimmick is for customers to chose the menu "package" consisting of... More
