maybe it's because our friends were raving about how great this place is that they over-hyped it, but when we had breakfast we felt it was good, but not great. it was a good value, but the food wasn't anything real special. the pastries and desserts are better than the breakfast! but you definitely won't be upset that you visited...

The jam was delicious if you go here for breakfast make sure you get some jam. Omelette tasty and well presented. The bread fresh and the croissant like one you would get in France. Service excellent and really good value.
Great service, nice food, big menu and free wifi - prices are normal to non pricy at all. The only problem i had is that for somehow the place was full of mosquitoes, so make sure you come with a cream against them. Overall - good!

Che celine on 5th avenue has all th ambiance of a French cafe/ restaurant,it has excellent quality food matched with quality service. This is a true gem for tourists and locals alike
As a restaurant, the food is 3 to 4 out of 5. Their pastries are very good. But to me where they excel is with their swwet rools. Especially the almond croissants. I don't go to Playa often, but when I do, I need to pass by and pick up a few rolls for the road.

I have purchased baguettes from their bakery many times and their patio is generally full so I thought it would be a good place to have a quick bite last night. This quaint, cozy restaurant is located in the heart of playa. The service is fast. I've come here for breakfast every morning of my stay and I have not been let down. My favorite are the amazing pastries (crepes, chocolate croissants) and the cappuccino. Recommend this place to anyone looking for yummy food at a good price.
