We ate a crepe with Nutella and banana-wow!!! It was amazing! She puts a lot of Nutella and fruits! We tasted crepe from 4 different places and by far Caffe Hidalgo serves the bast!

Fresh and delicious, the crepes are sooo good, cute little eclectic place, could go eat there every day if I could, friendly staff, small locally own place as most of the places in isla. Highly recommended.
i just returned from isla mujeras, and found this place. i ordered a nutella, mango, almond crepe; and it was great beyond description. the sweet italian lady made a rose from the mangos...the mangos were sweeter than candy...i stopped in 3 more times for breakfast which included a spinach and mushroom omelet, and prior to this being brought out i...

We ate here on our recent stay on Isla. We went around lunch time and my wife and I both had crepes. They were very good, but a little on the thick side compared to a traditional crepe. Service was painfully slow, but it is Mexico. Decent prices and a nice dining atmosphere.
I just spent a week on Isla and ate here 4 times. All the food is so fresh and each plate is a work of art. We thoroughly enjoyed the crepes, fresh fruit, omelets, veggies, frappes, and fruit juices. The prices are very reasonable and the service is delightful. Highly recommended and one of my favorites. Usually open 8:30 am...

After my wife had her first crepes it was impossible to tell what she loved more. Me or Cafe Hidalgo? I never gave her a chance to decide for we only went there once but she is in love and is still talking about the experience. The coffee was a stand out!!!!
Great sandwiches! AWESOME CREPES! Fruit smoothies are a must! Love the vege platter! This is a great place to stop and have a coffee and a crepe, or a smoothie and sandwich for lunch. Everything is super fresh and homemade! It does take a little while to eat here because everything is so fresh so if you are in a...

We've been in Isla Mujeres for 3 nights and we went to Cafe Hidalgo 3 times :-) Their crepes are amazing! Really good and with great presentation! Coffee is good and fruit shakes are excellent as well. The only 'downside' is the wait. Sometimes you will wait 20 minutes for coffee/crepe/juice but it's worth it, trust me!
Very delicious place for crepes (both sweet and sour), sandwiches! Loved every single thing i tried! Very cheap as well, around 100$ pp. Try sweet crepes and salads that are bbqued, just woow :) Coffee and smoothies are great as well!
We went today for breakfast. What a feast -- thank goodness our server Gabriella told us we were ordering too much food, so we left off one dish. My husband and I shared a ham and cheese crepe with the side salad and scrambled eggs, oh, also a fabulous fruit salad-- eight different fruits. The coffee was divine -- kind...
