Description: Asia Caribe uses fresh Mexican ingredients -- cilantro, lime, chile, coconut, pineapple, fresh fish, and more -- to make delicious Asian cuisine. Chef Peter Krinsky shops daily for fresh local ingredients to create Thai and Chinese specialties and a few Caribbean treats. Popular dishes include Sticky Pork Ribs, Drunken Noodles, Ginger/Garlic Shrimp, Fresh Fish with a pecan crust and tamarind sauce, Massaman and Green Curries and Coconut Shrimp with a Lime Beurre Blanc.
