We have been at La Troje in the town of Cancun (Acanceh Street) several times and always had very good food specially salads, pizzas and baguettes sandwiches. Prices are very reasonable and the quality and taste of food is always very good thanks to the supervising of the owners.

They have other goodies too, great eggplant parm app and fondue is awesome too. Their salads are amazing... many nights we get them to go to take them home for dinner. I enjoying going there but get there early. It can get VERY crowded and the service really suffers when that happens. In the dead of summer as well the... More

We decided to try this place for lunch because Fodors recommended it quite highly. Our taxi driver had no idea where it was eve though we had the address and phone number. He had to stop at a pay phone make a call. But we are very glad we found it. The food was delicious with a lovely presentation. Even... More

Great local atmosphere in town. Good food. If you want to get away from the Hotel Zone scene and get some local flavor, you won't go wrong.

My boyfriend and I are vegetarians so we decided not to stay at a hotel with all meals included. We read over many reviews here on tripadvisor.com and among the places we tried was La Troje. It was easy to reach from the hotel zone. The R-27 Bus means you do not have to change for another bus downtown. Seems... More

While visiting in downtown Cancun we decided to have dinner at la Troje. We had read several reviews on tripadvisor and also was recommecded by the travel agency we used. We like when traveling to eat where locals do. This place is not to far from Plaza las Americas. We found it easy to take the number R-27 bus from... More

My friends and I did not want an all inclusive meal plan at our hotel. We wanted to experience some local places to dine. Among the reviews we read on tripadvisor was La Troje. We wanted to dine there after visiting Plaza las Americas. There is a bus route number 27 that you can take from the hotel zone. This... More

If you like really good and large salads' baguettes as well as pasta dishes consider lunch or dinner at La Troje(The Shed). I have dined there many times during the past 7 years. I love their large salad called:Ensalda Marguarita which has sprimp and many good veggies. The menu is still moderate in price and every tuesday there is a... More

On a street parallel and opposite the big Las Americas Mall, this Cancuners' favorite has great Mexican dishes adopted to a good choice of salads, pizza, pasta, baguettes and some heartier dishes. All have both an original and an authenic Mexican touch to them. This small restaurant has thrived because of its quality dishes, its decent prices for local wallets... More
