We go here twice every year! The food is always excellent and the outside lagoon seating very lovely. If you are lucky you will see the croc that visits. Have the carbonara, it's wonderful.

From the outside you make not go in, but go, great views, excellent food and serivce wonderful do not miss this one, make reservations and ask for the dockside table you will not be sorry.

We have dined at La Dolce Vita every year for the past 17 years, sometimes twice during our stay. The food is outstanding with large portions. The atmosphere is amazing, right on the lagoon with beautiful sunsets. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We stay at the royal islander every year and can't wait to go there. The owner is so hands on and the menu is fantastic. It's hard to fine good veal dishes anymore and this place has them also have to try viva Mexico pasta. Awesome. Thank you Tim for the great restaurant.

Since discovering this 5 star dinning experience (definitely an escape from ANY all-inclusive menu) we continue to return for one or two consistently excellent lunch/dinners each return trip to Cancun. The owner Tim Savio has a knack for remembering names/faces and like the food leaves you feeling special and certain to return again.
