We ate at Calypsos for dinner 4-5 times during our last trip to Cancun...and it was great each time! Felipe is a friendly host, a good chef, and is happy to change/cook menu items to your preference. He gets much of his fresh seafood from the local fisherman downtown and costs are pretty reasonable. More
