When planning my trip and looking for restaurants in Cancun, I came across Labna and was intrigued by their menu, as it had many dishes that I never had the opportunity to try. So when I ventured to the restaurant for the first time, I noticed the restaurant was empty and decided not to go in. I did the same... More

In Cancun sometimes it is difficult to get out of the Americanized Resort Zones. While only in Cancun for one night before taking our trip down to Puerto Morelos we wanted to get a "taste" of the real Cancun. Based on Tripadvisor reviews we decided to give Labna a shot. It was a great meal and the drinks were top... More

We loved this place so much that we made a point of going back there for lunch on the day we had to leave Mexico. The restaurant is lovely, the service impeccable, and the food special, delicious, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended! More

The lime soup is light and flavorful. The pork (poc chuc) is wonderfull, and the steamed fish moist and flavorful. The agua de chaya is quite refreshing. We are running out of days, but would otherwise go there again. More

The weekday lunch buffet at 145 pesos is a real value for money. It was a meat lover's delight, with beef, turkey, chicken and pork dishes in the buffet. The wide range in appearance (from the watery lime soup, to green, red and black sauces) and taste is remarkable. Be adventurous and try everything! The Yucatanese coconut custard soothes after... This was a nice change from the various Mexican restaurants we ate at. The menu was different, and pretty affordable. This place was a little hard to find, but it was worth the trip. We had a great soup, and the chili relleno was very good. More

A wonderful little place with a very friendly owner, Tamas. We had Lime Soup and the Yucatan Plate (147 Pesos). I believe he only serves lunch (12:30-5:30). Well worth the trip into Cancun - a great stop after shopping at Mercado 28 or 23. More

The restaurant features traditional Yucatecan ingredients with a Mayan them. My partner enjoyed a tangy lime soup and a main course of fish. I chose the beef chowder and a main course of turkey with a pumpkin-based sauce. Both were delicious. The portions the soup bowls were large, probably holding a pint. The dinner portions were large - more than... More

We were staying at the most southern part of the hotel zone in Cancun. We took about a 45 minute bus ride and 10 minute walk to find this place, and every minute was worth it! There was only one other table of people, which is always a little discerning, but we decided to try it anyway after the trip... More
