When you see a place with a long line of rather chic gentlemen in ties and grey suites waiting for the restaurant to open at 8:00a, it looks strange. But when at ten past 8:00 the place is full (!) of rather upscale crowd, they must be doing something right - well, it is for sur the best breakfast in... More

Stayed at hotel and ate at their restaurant. Very nicely decorated, clean and pleasant staff. Rooms are clean and moderately accomodated.

We stayed at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City. This restaurant is in the Lobby level. We kind of stumbled into it, wow! We at there for lunch but went back for dinner. The food was excellent and the service was unbelievable. Their house chocolate was very cool. It was just great.

This is a great place to have brunch. The must tries are the hot chocolate and also the breads with cream. The menu has a ridiculously wide selection - everything we tried was great. If you have a flight to catch or just want to give your tummy a rest have the chiquillerias with chicken in a mixed red and... More

Great food! Do not miss its Nata and bollería. There are tasty vegetarian dishes hidden in the menú, like the dos quesos soup. The best: an old and charming gentleman playing nostalgic "piezas" in an old fashioned piano. You can ask him to play music from Agustin LAra (Granada) or La Violetera, remembering the great Sarita Montiel.

Its popular and crowded on the weekend brunch. The restaurant is obviously a famous spot for both tourists and locals but its a bit dated and seems mediocre compared to some of the other spots nearby.

Great breakfast food, authentic mexican, excellent service and decent prices. Fresh juices and real hot chocolate. Always a lineup so make sure you either have a reservation or arrive early. Valet parking is great, but need to collect your car underground - ask the waitstaff & they will direct you.

If you truly want to discover authentic Mexican food, you can't miss El Cardenal on your next visit to México City. They are open for lunch, but Mexicans tend to eat late, so go around 2 pm or it will be empty. The Lomas restaurant, on Avenida Palmas, is a nice alternative to the Zocalo original, and more convenient to... More
