I was extremely disappointed after having heard that Chan was the best Chinese restaurant in Tijuana. We ordered a feast for 3. The portions were huge, but the food was ordinary except for the duck that was fairly tasty. The sweet and sour shrimp were inedible, doused in a very unatural looking syrupy concoction. I have been to Chan's Cuisine several times, while visiting Tijuana. Service was always good; but food, according to me is really good, tasty Cantonese Food. It's not too fancy, but I enjoyed visiting the restaurant every time I would go to Tijuana on business trips.
