Mango Reef is located at the Alexandra. My wife and I stayed at the Alexandra so it was a natural location for dinner. The restaurant offers dining on a deck overlooking the beach and in an indoors dining area. The deck is great for watching sunsets. We had dinner two nights at Mango Reef during our stay. The variety of... More

Had snapper with some rice and peas side dish. Great drinks and live music. There is a BBQ on the beach with a huge fire, but we decided not to go.

Service was so very slow, if they messed up something, it would be forever to correct it, if at all. Don't ask for ranch dressing on your salad, you will get a weird mayo with spice. The food was pretty good, especially for lunch or a quick bite. We ate there a lot because it was at our hotel, but... More

This restaurant is located outside at the Alexandra Resort right next to the ocean, so it is very scenic. Make reservations and ask to be seated on the deck for a better view. Be patient -- remember you are in the Caribbean. Our service was good. Our waiter was very nice, and we had an excellent meal here, so we... More

The food here has an unusual emphasis on Indian flavors that we thoroughly enjoyed. We both had fish (grouper and red snapper) that were in curry sauces with infusions of different sauces and flavors. Both came with basmati rices and vegetables. Nice wine list. The restaurant was very crowded when we were there due to a wedding group so the... More

The service was terrible. No matter how the food tasted, first impressions are important and they started off wrong. After sitting for about 30 minutes, no one greeted us or even offered water. A bus boy noticed this and took our drink orders. Then he found our waiter, who was standing around for the entire time we were there talking... More

All the restaurants on Grace Bay are expensive, but the Mango Reef provides some relief. Prices at the Mango Reef are a little better than other locations, but the view of Grace Bay is just as lovely as some of its more expensive neighbors. The food is fresh and good, although not super creative or unusual. Their salads contain better... More

We went last minute on a recommendation to this restaurant while on our honeymoon and were given a delicious meal. We had the curry grouper and the shrimp and scallops ravioli. Both dishes were amazing and filling. We left talking about how great our meals were. A definite for any trip down here.

We had rented a place at Alexandra and had live music on Tuesday at mango Reef. Staff was very helpful there. Based on other TA review (thanks Ziggy) we went for homemade ravioli with the scallops and shrimp. Excellent choice lots of good seafood, tremendous sauce, vegees were cooked just right. the other couple ordered the special, which was grilled... More
