Just great every time. Great food and great value, and great service. We have tried to eat everywhere on Provo. Haven't hit them all yet, but have hit about 20. Bay Bistro wins, hands down.

Maybe 2.5 stars. My husband enjoyed his fish and chips. My jerk chicken wrap was not fresh. You could tell they just reheated the chicken and rice in the wrap. The chicken was dry. We had eaten here on our honeymoon in 2011 and really enjoyed it so we went back. We were not disappointed. The food is fresh and well prepared. Service was so so but they were busy.
