They don't open 'til twelve but you can get grub from Ginny's Cafe which is ten metres away. The management did not seem to mind my sitting here. If you are boating, you can see the whole marina from Charlies; just find a good place to view your charter boat.

We very much enjoyed our two lunches at Charlies at the Moorings marina in Road Town. They have an east Indian nuance to most menu items. It was not crowded on the day we were there so service was attentive.

Everything was nice and the staff was great. Like all restaurants in the BVIs the Charles was Mediocre and Pricy... but perhaps a bit more on both points. (A bit above average food for a a bit above average prices).
