The service was a bit slow (get used to it in St Lucia) but the food was awesome and the drinks were cold!

This restaurant was recommend to us by our tax driver, and we were not disappointed. Our fish was cooked specially for us and we were served a variety of salad, rice and vegetables. It's slightly off the main street, so it was not possible to see the street traffic, despite this a good find.
We were welcomed into this small restaurant, and sat on a table on the front veranda. The menu is simple, including chicken, lamb, pork and fish on the grill. We shared some jerk chicken wings to start, and I enjoyed a lime daquiri...we then had a grilled fish and grilled pork, both served with a selection of steamed veg, grilled plantain,...

but a little slow on the serving. Slogan for the restaurant seems to be: "No problem". Very nice environment
Our fourth visit to St Lucia and Flavours gets top marks for food and atmosphere in Gros Islet. An interesting menu all freshly cooked and authentic St Lucian food. As starters the jerk chicken was a delight and the fish fingers were real fish pieces and not the rubbish we get at home. Mains included fish kebabs, Mahi Mahi and...

I have lived in Saint Lucia all my life and I had never heard of this restaurant. As a way to kick start the vacation, my friends recommended this place for our girl's night out. Wow!!! The customer service, menu variety and meal were beyond me. I could not decide right away what I wanted (A+ for the menu). When...

We wanted nothing more than to see a hard working St. Lucian couple suceed in a new buisiness but were really disappointed.
Many people were finishing up as we arrived. There was only one other table waiting for food. It was exactly one hour before we got our dinner. Forgot to mention the 20 minute wait for drinks. (and one...

Very good local food at reasonable prices. The grilled chicken is fantastic. Nice sides of dasheen, sweet potato, lentils, etc. The freshly made grapefruit drink (like lemonade) was fantastic. Only down side is that they run out of things, a bit disappointing. Wonderful service otherwise. Really nice folks. Best value on the Island. They are closed on Sundays and on...

We were guided to this restaurant by a local fellow who assured us his friend would prepare us very good meals. What an understatement! It's not much to look at from the outside, rather small and plain looking, in an area of town removed from the flashier restaurants, but it was well worth the visit.
I was equally tempted by...

Husband and I both had the Dorado fish steak dinner and it was delicious! Came with potatoes, rice and mixed veggies (perfectly cooked). The fish was fresh and had a tasty sauce.
We had the banana bread with ice cream and chocolate sauce for desert - perfect.
The fruit punch was also delicious.
The service was attentive and friendly and...
