Our fourth visit to Windjammers and 8th dinner at Laurels. It's nearby and a real delight. Don't expect formality or haute cuisine, do expect home cooked good quality St Lucian food. laurels is a St Lucian bar/ restaurant. Be aware Weds and Saturday night are Karaoke evenings and too noisy for us! Salt fish Accra to start, we believe the... More

I went friday night with my girlfriend, dinner was really good. That's the second time we are going. take the fish... any fish! it comes with delicious ground provisions from the island. we were greeted with somefish accras and a spicy sauce. the dinner was extremely affordable (less that EC$200 for 2 persons, including wine, rum, and drinks). Laurel's herself... More

We went to Laurel's last month while staying at the Windjammer. The meal from start to finish was delicious. My boyfriend and I could not understand why more people were not enjoying her amazing cooking that night. Everyone was so friendly and the dishes were fantastic. One of the best meals we had on the island.

We dined at Laurel's on a Tuesday evening. Perhaps because people were waiting for karaoke night (Wednesday?), there was only one couple dining there besides the four of us. Lucky for us! as we did not have to share Laurel and her interesting stories with anyone else! The open dining area was very rustic and there were colored lights strung... More

We always visit Laurels when we stay at Windjammer Landing. The food this year again was fantastic - the menu is quite small but all the dishes are freshly prepared with local fresh ingredients and truly delicious. Wednesday night is karaoke night and most definitely worth a visit - the locals can truly sing! If you want to eat Caribbean... More

Laurel is an awesome personality and delivers a great local cuisine. Be sure to ask what is cooking for the day as the pot she has on is what the locals will be stopping by and eating. I love the Wednesday night Karaoke where you can hear island singer and Diva Nicole David inspire others to give it their all.... More

This restaurant has some work to on the atmosphere however it is well worth the visit as the food is amazing. The local cuisine is incredible and the fried breadfruit is to die for! This place is a bit off the beaten path but worth a taxi trip!

This little local treasure is located just down the road from the Windjammer Landing resort. There were 4 of us in our party & just happened to be the only patrons that evening, which provided us with the opportunity to have a bit of a visit with the owner, Laurel, who has a great sense of humour. She shared some... More
