If your plan is to go all inclusive, this is the hotel to go in Puerto Plata. It has supreme views, it's own beach, super nice rooms and great food! The bar has a nice assortment of drinks and the staff is super nice!

Im not an all inclusive type of person. We went there to eat but was not thrilled too much. The food was just OK and we had to ask for everything. Not top shelf in any area. Looks like a fun place though if 5 star is not important. It's more a party place.

Great variety and fresh tasting. The staff makes everything a great experience! Snacks and full compliments of beverages always available plus late night meal available for us late arrivals.

I was at first a little disappointed with the age of the resort, but it turned out to be an good choice. The staff are excellent and overwhelm you with their professionalism. The food was varied and very good...no complaints there. There entertainment was very good included 2 good dance shows and a great Saturday night band.

Good for familys but i prefer the smaller hotels, great pool and food & drinks. A bit too lively for me but nothing wrong with the place
