The service, food, and ambiance, are among the best in Aruba. The addition of a zither player should be considered.

We've been to Aruba many times, and chalet Suisse is one of my favorites. The seating is comfortable, the staff attentive and the food is delicious. Prices are reasonable and the food and service is always consistently good. You won't be disappointed.

this is one of the nicest eateries on the island. the seating, for the most part, are large cushioned booths with huge tables. the servers are first rate. the prices are not cheap, but reasonable for high end food and service. the clientele is middle aged and up mainly. it is classy, yet casual enough if you don't want to... Reviewed menu @ my resort was so looking forward to a great meal. Upon arrival just about sat down & was greated by a sweet woman but she made us feel as if she was rushing us for our drink orders. As I said I just about got to sit down. Waiter came over introduced himself. I stated that I... More

Each time we go to Aruba, we make it a point to dine at least one night at this lovely restaurant. Located right across from the beach and oozing ambiance is this little jewel. We have tried many different foods from the wonderful beef dishes to their fresh well prepared seafoods and are always well pleased. Appetizers, soups, and salads... More

I would be remiss as a friend if I failed to tell you about Rudy and Chalet Suisse in Aruba.......my most favorite dish is the Rack of Lamb, however; I love them all! But those little lamb chops just melt in your mouth......and the flavor is excellent. We go at least 4-5 times per visit and always seem to say....it... More

Great food and even better service! The duck is to die for. My boyfriend had the bone in rib eye. It was so big that he could only eat 1/3 of it. The calamari was lacking and I wouldn't ever order it again. Very romantic setting. I can't wait to go back next year!

There is nothing better than the Suisse. We never miss dinner here and visit twice depending on our length of stay! The ambiance is wonderfully filled with caramel colored wood walls and ceilings and tapestry patterned chairs and drapery. One can easily mistake the location as being in the alps! The service is top notch from the maître de on... More

Service was very good, but just not my kind of restaurant, On an Island with wonderful possibilities this would be VERY low on my list. My friend ordered the lamb which had no flavor, he had ordered rack of lamb at Zuzuroh earlier in the week and it was excellent, this didn't compare. Someone's baby was yelling which didn't help.... Between the rib steak and the veal chop are some of the best on the island. A classic traditional restaurant. No modern feel. Nostalgic with excellent food.
