Caribbean taste is a wonderful place that is off the beaten path in English Harbour. I have chosen to dine there two consecutive nights in a row – Yes it is that good! Night one we had the conch and my friend had the snapper; both very very good. The second night I had a pumpkin soup to start, with... More

We love goat, and some large yacht owners RAVED about Caribbean Taste's goat -- all so true. Delicious. Grettle, the owner chef took excellent care of us. If you want local color and flavors you must go here. They monitor VHF channel 68.

The curry goat is delicious - strongly recommended! Excellent service, and good value. This restaurant was less busy than those on the main road, since it is quite hidden. Don't let this put you off. Heading towards Nelson's Dockyard, turn right just before the Anchorage, then follow the signs.

Great place, just off the beaten path to Nelson's Dockyard. We had the "dukanin (?)" and chicken. While they offer some standard drinks, we had the passion fruit and ginger beer.

Visited here for lunch on several occasions. Their conch roti has great flavor and their chicken roti as great as well. In additions, prices are good I enjoyed their fungi as well and highly recommend it.

We were directed to this gem of a restaurant by the staff at Sunsail as the most "authentic" place to eat in town. This is just the kind of restaurant that one is hoping to find while traveling - small, idiosyncratic, and off the beaten path. I had the conch curry along with several of their delicious homemade ginger beers... More

We spent a week in the Falmouth/English Harbour and it took us some time before we visited Caribbean Taste. I wish we had found it earlier! It is definately "off the beaten track" but easy to find close to Nelson's Dockyard (take the path next to "Blues Shack" and you cannot miss it.) We sat on the "veranda" and was... More

This place is totally off the beaten track. The food is delicious and all made in the owners kitchen. Rotis are the best on the island.

Yum - what a fun place to eat. Very close to Nelson's dockyard, and authentic homemade Caribbean food. This is not fancy - so don't be expecting that, it's just a nice, laid back place for a meal like the locals. We had the chicken roti and curry goat - both delicious. Also had the homemade ginger beer and the... More

We stopped off to the restaurant on a tour we had with Luxury Safari-Elmo. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. The presentation of the food was also great!
