3 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 June 2013 NEW

Staff very pleasant and good. However many items missing from the menu also from apperitifs and wine list. A little touristy and expensive, however no real complaints. The dessert was the image of the meal ridiculous. The dessert was the image of the meal ridiculous. VERY EXPENSIVE soon as you leave the menu

We decided to visit Le Mayflower after reading all the great reviews and were not disappointed! The Foie Gras appetizer was amazing and a very large portion. I got the filet and my husband got the lobster ravioli, both of which were delicious and cooked perfectly. We didn't order dessert because we were way too full, but I'm sure it... More

We went as a group of 6 for an wedding anniversary dinner. They gave us a nice corner table and looked after us well. We ordered a variety of dishes - with 3 chosing the daily dish special - local white fish wrapped in pastry and cooked in coconut cream. All the food was excellent. There was one hiccup with... More

This was my second favorite restaurant on Moorea. As I read everyone's reviews I had to try the lobster ravioli and it was as good as expected! We ordered the half as an appetizer so we could try other items. Fish was great and my husband had the filet which was perfect! Luckily he shared because it was delicious!! Great... More

Wonderful food and service. Lovely ambiance with warm and friendly people serving you. A definite restaurant to look at if you want a nicer more upscale restaurant to dine at. This is one of the more expensive restaurants on the island but in my opinion certainly worth it. The fist is prepared beautifully and the portions while not huge will... More

The Mayflower is a 5 star Polynesian restaurant. There is always one evening that you would like to dress up and have a formal evening before you end your vacation, this is it. An evening to remember, a great wine list and menu. This is my second time to the Island and the second time to the Mayflower. Both times were... More

My husband and I enjoyed a freshly prepared meal at this lovely, little restaurant not far from the Intercontinental Hotel. We enjoyed the steamed shrimp dumplings (dim sum style) as an appetizer before diving into our entries. He went with the" sashimi with two sauces" and raved about it! The portion was generous and came with a side green salad... More

Very good food in the French style - enjoyed it very much. They will come to your hotel and pick you up and then drop you off (need a group of 4 for it to be free).

My fiancee and I ate at the Mayflower one evening whilst in Moorea. It is a cozy French restaurant. We both had the Lobster Ravioli which was cooked to perfection, the filet mignon and creme brulee for desert. The atmosphere is very laid back here and the service was not too bad, considering most, if not all of the tables... More

Food here is excellently prepared and presented. The downfall is they don't have a car service pick you up but if you rented a car or need a taxi it's worth the trek. The tuna carpaccio is excellent and served in a good size portion. Entrees are good sized and the staff is friendly and attentive. I would definitely go... More
