Wish we would have found this place earlier in our trip - - the food at the other places at Bryce were okay, but we decided to venture outside of the park a bit - - was a little taken aback as it really isn't much on the outside, but the food was fabulous. Stopped for lunch (had the brook... More

This "not much to look at" restaurant about 4-5 miles from the park entrance is a sleeper. We had great meals in the Bryce Canyon Lodge but wanted to mix it up a little bit. So, off we went armed with Yelp. Service was good and the country fried steak was the best. I love cf steak and have eaten... More

We were actually searching for a different restaurant and wound up here for an early dinner. Dubious at first, we were very happy with the homemade chili (spicy!) and garlic bread, trout with baked potato, and especially the homemade cherry and coconut pie. The pies are outstanding! The salad bar was nothing special. Our server, Summer, was delightful, and everyone... More

Looking for a better place than we had in Bryce & found it at Fosters. If you are looking for your beef "fix" there's are great. We had the prime & a T-bone. Tender juicy & cooked just right. Kudos to this place.

Stopped here for lunch while travelling the 18 mile canyon overlook road. Situated in the original 1920's Bryce Canyon Hotel, this quaint restaurant served fine soup, salads and sandwiches at fairly decent pricing. Worth the stop for a break during hiking or sightseeing.

I stayed for 4 nights in Bryce Canyon City, 3 miles from Bryce Canyon Nat'l Park. This is a very small town catering to Park visitors. Though I've had many fine sandwiches at various Subways over the years, when I saw that my hotel's list of local restaurants showed Subway as one of the top local dining choices, I was... More

It's been there awhile, and the waitress was a bit distracted when the tour bus of French tourists arrived, but good quality food, and pie. Clean, and close to the canyon

Foster's Family Steak House was about the only place open for lunch when we were at Bryce Canyon NP during the middle of March. Not real busy during lunch so we were skeptical. The wait staff was friendly and service was fast. We ate lunch there the second day based on our first day's experience. The homemade soups we tried... More

We just had a delious dinner. I had 10 ounce sirloin and my husband a prime rib sandwhich. Service was excellent. Atmosphere goes with an old west restaurant not a fancy steakhouse but good food for an area with just a few restaurants. The salad bar is small but the quality of what we ordered makes it worth it!

Family owned for 3 generations, this is a good place to have lunch or dinner. Locally raised trout is tasty and the salad bar, while small, has the freshest of everything. The atmosphere is nice, with the window wall providing views of the north.
