Great little historic restaurant away from the pretence and high prices of Hastings Street. Friendly, efficient service and the food was fantastic... if you love seafood, this is the place to go in Noosa. Plenty to offer on the menu: we had the seafood platter for two - my boyfriend and I (each of us having healthy appetites) struggled to... More

With a great situation alongside the river we spent a lovely evening eating, drinking and taking in the pleasant atmosphere of this restaurant. The waitress took some time to go through the menu with us answering our questions and pointing out a couple of dishes we nearly overlooked. Starter of Bugs looked as appealing as it sounded however it was... More

We had a delightful meal here midweek, the service was exemplary even down to running half way down the street when I left my cardigan on the chair! Food was outstanding and excellent value for money. No one would ever go home hungry

Not a fancy, flash place but worth checking out the history on the walls. Service, as always, on the nail & not pushy to make you buy fancy bottled water etc. Outdoor seating is available but inside is typical Queennsland indoor/outdoor environment in the winter. Set lunches never disappoint & always come with a very varied salad presented in an... More

We were recommended this place for the seafood, and historical aspect. Upon arrival, its very dated, and is desperate for a renovation, but it was packed with locals. This place seems to deliver a "value offering" their servings are huge and would meet even the hungriest patron. Staff were very polite and genuine, the seafood was fresh on the house... More

Not a pretty place but do not be fooled. For seafood it is the real deal. Value for money and something even for the meat eaters in the group. However this is the place in Noosaville for seafood.

Meeting friends from overseas for a lunch. This was a delightful busy bistro style restaurant. Service was good. Meals on time. Food was good only disappointment when our US friends found seafood sticks in the chowder. Across the road is the Noosa river... lovely breeze on a hot day.

Lovely food, steak cooked to perfection with yummy salad and jacket potato. Seafood at other tables looked devine. Also had profiteroles for dessert which were great! Lovely waitress and service. It was lovely to read the history of the building

Wife had the steak and I had the seafood platter (seafood platter was good size and had bugs, mussels, crab and prawns - very messy but worth it)
