Disclosure: Regarding food, Im a Francophile and slip over the border whenever I can (Im in Germany - rare good meal = $$$). The owner / chef was right about one thing - good creme brulee! (cold in middle but ok.... nice texture, creamy, good). Garlic soup was also decent rustic French staple. Not exciting but OK. The rest? Bleh.... More

The set menu is a good bet. The mussel app. Was divine! For sure pricey, but worth a trip. Not great for small children, as the service is slow, but open late.

The restaurant is beautiful, the service is wonderful and the food is to die for. What more can I say!! Napoleon really stands apart from all the other restaurants we've tried in Lamai and we've tried many in our 5 week stay on the island! It's absolute class from the moment you walk in, table cloths and real napkins, no... More

Having been to this place twice I can highly recomenc it. Fantastic french cooking. Great menues at low prices. Good wine aswell. Try their gratinated mussels, tournedos flamberert in cognac. And, if you have room left, the bavoir framboise for dessert. Wonderfull, I tell you!

My husband and I visited last night having read the reviews on Trip Advisor and having seen the rankings within the Lamai Beach area. We were not disappointed . We chose the set menu which was extremely reasonably priced ( 3 courses ) although there was a choice of a'la carte as well. Each course was delicious and the chef... More
