My partner brought me to Cleverley Mill as a surprise birthday gift, and it really blew me away. It's such a beautiful place to stay, with heaps of character. We were greeted by the owners in front of a huge open fire, very cosy. The best part for me was the room, stunningly furnished in oak and pitch pine with... More

We had a superb night with Amanda and Patrick the hosts at Clevery. The food was gorgeous and as a chef myself I appreciated the skills of their chef. Congratulations to both of you in your new venture we will certainly be back. The Steak on the Stone was to die for. We could not fault it. More

Dined here two days ago and was really looking forward to it as it's always been a special to eat here. Sadly it's under new management and it's no longer the same. It was late in the evening and the host didn't know what the soup of the day was without going to the kitchen to find out. She also... More

Stayed one night in the hotel and loved the room and the restaurant. The building is a 400 year-old converted mill and it makes a nice change from the standard chain hotels that you get everywhere in Ireland. The open fire in the bar made it lovely and cosy and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. More

I could not recommend this B&B more highly. I stayed there while attending a wedding at a local hotel and the rooms were large, well appointed and clean. The breakfast was excellent also. More

Clevery Mill guesthouse is absolutely gorgeous, it has an old world feeling about it, the old hardwood floors and the antique furnishings create a sense of understated opulence. We visited the bar for a pre-dinner drink and dinned in the restaurant one of the nights, The restaurant itself has lots of character, we both had the Steak on the Stone... More

This is one of the most expensive B&Bs I have ever stayed in but sadly it was not worth the 98 euros per night. It is the first time I have stayed in a B&B where I have had to make my own bed and mop the bathroom floor. With friends, we had three double rooms. None of the beds... More

My Wife and I were invited to a friends wedding in a nearby hotel and chose the Clevery Mill as our accommodation for the weekend. We enjoyed two nights rest in a wonderful oak furnished bedroom with lavish irish breakfasts both mornings. We had dinner one night and we chose the the fillet steak seved on a stone. The meat...
