Sasa-no-Yuki is a old-school Tokyo tatami-style restaurant (take shoes off on the way in) in Taito. Its multi-course tofu feast will give you more different varieties of tofu than you may ever have dreamed possible--and they are all delicious. This was an unforgettable Tokyo experience.
