By the time I called and they got me the ceremony showing how they prepare the dinner was already over. The other people got to see the traditional way of cooking and also got their faces painted. A must-have experience in Eastern Island. Complete experience with preparation, food and typical polynesian dance/music show. Very good food, very good service, great performance, the whole package. A bit expensive but totally worth it!

Te Ra'ai is an amazing experience. The food is cooked based on traditional customs and we, as guests, watch part of the preparation of the meal. Ask when you arrive to get a place (only 80 places) The show is great and the dinner is well, you can repeat the plate and the salads are buffete tipe, they go to your hotel to carry you and then carry back when the Show finish

The evening started with aperitifs, followed by face painting in the traditional style, and then taking the food we would eat for dinner out of the 'oven' in the ground. We then enjoyed dinner and drinks, followed by great dancing, with a number of stories. Highly recommended.

Dinner & a show. The owner's of this establishment really care and want everyone to enjoy and have a good time. It includes everything: hotel transfers, dance lesson, buffett, wine, and a great show where they really work. Highly recommended for a wonderful night out on Easter Island.

The buffet is so-so, but we were really impressed by the performance.
