Dear John, I cannot sympathize enough with the ordeal as you had described back in 2006. Since then much has changed and the property had undergone significant renovations and improvements. Not only to its facilities but more importantly to our services and amenities. About two years ago, once the renovations were completed, the hotel was re-branded as a Best Western Plus. I think the guest reviews and commentary since then speaks for itself.
