We were welcomed at reception with beaming smiles and handshakes and shown to our rooms. The one we were in on the first floor had a balcony - very homely, quite large with a minibar, en suite shower and TV. Sitting on the balcony watching the world go by was really relaxing. The top floor had a more modern fitted room which din't have a balcony but was really well finished. There is construction of a new hotel just over the road but even the cranes are quiet here.
